Fried beancurd rolls are made with beancurd sheets wrapped in a flavourful chicken filling then flash fried to give it a crispy skin. Usually served with a side of mayo lime dipping sauce.

Cooking Instructions:

Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place dim sum on baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove tray from the oven and enjoy!

Fry (For best quality)

  1. Heat oil to 180°C. It is recommended to have enough oil in the pan for a more even cook.
  2. (Optional) Prepare an empty plate and clean kitchen rolls for plating the fried dim sum.
  3. Fry for 5 minutes and enjoy!
