Black pepper siew mai is one of several different variations of the original siew mai. In our recipe we incorporate the infamous Kampot pepper that originates from Kampot, Cambodia to give this dumpling extra kick.

Cooking Instructions:

Steam (Recommended)

  1. Prepare water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Pour some oil on a plate and place frozen dim sum on it.
  3. Steam for approximately 10 minutes. Actual time may vary depending on your steamer.
  4. Carefully remove from steamer and enjoy!

Microwave

  1. Place dim sum together with the included plastic tray in the microwave and cook on HIGH for 1 minute 30 seconds PER tray*.
  2. Carefully remove tray from the microwave and enjoy!
