

Red Bean Pau
Like the japanese and korean version of the desserts, our red bean paste bun is made with high quality adzuki beans. However, unlike their red bean desserts, our red beans are cooked down to a concentrated red bean paste and mixed until it is smooth and velvety. Combined with a fluffy pau exterior, every bite of this red bean bun tastes rich and decadent. Red beans are healthy so this makes for a healthy snack too! Also commonly referred to as tau sar pau or dou sa bao.

Cooking Instructions:
Steam (Recommended)
- Prepare water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Pour some oil on a plate and place frozen dim sum on it.
- Steam for approximately 8 minutes. Actual time may vary depending on your steamer.
- Carefully remove from steamer and enjoy!
Microwave
- Place dim sum together with the included plastic tray in the microwave and cook on HIGH for 20 seconds PER piece*.
- Carefully remove tray from the microwave and enjoy!
