Dried prawn is a traditional dim sum classic. Also known as ham sui gok or fried glutinous rice dumplings, it is deep fried to give it the crunchy exterior, while maintaining a chewey gooey dough with a succulent dried prawn and chicken filling. Think mochi, but deep fried, and with a savory filling.

Cooking Instructions:
Bake
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place dim sum on baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove tray from the oven and enjoy!
Fry (For best quality)
- Heat oil to 180°C. It is recommended to have enough oil in the pan for a more even cook.
- (Optional) Prepare an empty plate and clean kitchen rolls for plating the fried dim sum.
- Fry for 8 minutes and enjoy!
