Siew mai is a type of chinese steamed dumpling and is ordered almost everytime whenever one visits a dim sum restaurant. Our version of siew mai is halal and is made with chicken wrapped in a siew mai wrapper. Siew mai is also referred to as shao mai, siu mai or shumai.

Cooking Instructions:
Steam (Recommended)
- Prepare water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Pour some oil on a plate and place frozen dim sum on it.
- Steam for approximately 10 minutes. Actual time may vary depending on your steamer.
- Carefully remove from steamer and enjoy!
Microwave
- Place dim sum together with the included plastic tray in the microwave and cook on HIGH for 1 minute 30 seconds PER tray*.
- Carefully remove tray from the microwave and enjoy!
