Cooking Instructions:

For both Chicken Shao Mai & Prawn Dumpling

Steam (Recommended)

  1. Prepare water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Pour some oil on a plate and place frozen dim sum on it.
  3. Steam for approximately 10 minutes. Actual time may vary depending on your steamer.
  4. Carefully remove from steamer and enjoy!

Microwave

  1. Place dim sum together with the included plastic tray in the microwave and cook on HIGH for 1 minute 30 seconds* per tray.
  2. Carefully remove tray from the microwave and enjoy!
