Cooking Instructions:
For both BBQ Chicken Bun and Golden Sand Custard Bun
Steam (Recommended)
- Prepare water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Pour some oil on a plate and place frozen dim sum on it.
- Steam for approximately 8 minutes. Actual time may vary depending on your steamer.
- Carefully remove from steamer and enjoy!
Microwave
- Place dim sum together with the included plastic tray in the microwave and cook on HIGH for 30 seconds per BBQ Chicken Bun or 20 seconds per Golden Sand Custard Bun*.
- Carefully remove tray from the microwave and enjoy!
